Vision of Peace

Lions & Lioness Clubs of Simpang Renggam jointly organized the Peace Poster Contest 'Vision Of Peace' on 10-10-2010 at SJK(C) Layang Layang. 15 pupils at age 11-13 participated in this contest. 110 pupils participated in the colouring contest. Nine Lionesses (P/S/T) & lions participated in this event which started at 8.00 am and ended at 1.00 pm.

Zone 18 Chairperson Lion Khoo Yew Lay was invited to present the prizes to the winners.

Eight Lionesses & Lions attended the 30th Anni Charity Night Dancing Competition held by LionessClub of Segamat. RM 5000 was donated to 308B1 Lions Education Foundation.

RM28,000 were donated to local primary schools and the needies.

Four members of Lioness Club of Simpang Renggam led by President How Lee Lee visited Madam Hwang Si Lan. She is having asthma & diabetes, one of her legs was amputed due to diabetic. We donated RM 700 cash in aiding of her living and medical expenses.
